Do you have a physical location?

No, Hopper's Mobile Powersports is a mobile repair service.
That means we will come to wherever your machine is located to repair or service it! Gone is the hassle of having to haul in your machine that may not run or may not have a trailer. Now you can relax from the comfort of your home while an expert powersports technician travels to you!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment including cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, credit and debit cards! Payment is due at the time of service.

how much will it cost?

Unfortunately, Mark cannot give a quick estimate without knowing:
 

  • The complexity of the issue

  • Parts and supplies required

  • Labor hours involved

  • Your location

  • Other variables

Some issues will take more than one visit as well. If you are interested in booking an appointment, please fill out an appointment request here. Mark will return your message as soon as he's able, and go over all factors and costs.

Are appointments required?

Yes, appointments are required. Please note: we typically have a waitlist which can vary from a week out, to over a month out, depending on how busy the season is.

what if i need to cancel my appointment?

We promise, our traveling service is worth the wait - but we understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible!  Please note: when rescheduling, we will look at our current appointment availability. Availability can vary from a week out to over a month out, depending on how busy the season is.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service.
Please be prepared to pay on the day of your appointment.
